Kan Zaman Restaurant

Kan Zaman Restaurant is hands down the best spot in Murrieta for hummus, shawarma, and kababs. The food is a solid 10/10—fresh, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a great place to dine in and enjoy the experience. Be aware that the dinner rush hits between 5:00–6:00 PM, but it’s well worth the wait. The portions are generous, so splitting a plate is easy—and highly recommended if you want to save room for their delicious lentil soup, which is a must-try. If you live in or around the Temecula–Murrieta area, this restaurant is absolutely worth checking out. Highly recommended!

Staying at the Murrieta Hot Springs and looking for healthy and hearty food. Kan Zaman is fantastic tasty Mediterranean food right across the street. Big portions at excellent prices. One meal was enough for both lunch and dinner! We ate in the restaurant day 1 and had take out day 2 and had a good experience both times. We had chicken kebab, lamb kebab, and the the beef Edna kebab. Chicken and lamb were juicy and tasty. Side order of tabbouleh was excellent. Beef Edna was good but not spicy. We highly recommend and will be back next time we’re at the Hot Springs!

Today we decided to try and new place and my gosh are we glad we did, this is now our go to place. The food was absolutely delicious, everything was so fresh. From presentation to the customer service, the establishment was very clean and tidy. Saif our server was very attentive and checked in on us regularly, can’t wait to try new dishes next time. ( I had the Sahara Beef)

We have ate there several times before with just the 2 of us, and also with our friend group. Tonight we ate with a couple who are long-term friends. As always the food in quantity, quality and taste was too notch. I had the lamb shwerma, my wife head the beef shwerma, one friend had the chicken kabob and the other had the Greek salad. All were exceptional and the three meat dishes were served with a very tasty and generous Village Salad and rice, with the shwermas being served on a pita. I for got about this, and generally ask for a larger salad and no rice or pita as I'm on keto diet. It was a very busy night, but we were able to enjoy comfortable conversation at the table without straining to hear. The service was fantastic, without visiting too often and also not being absent. I

Hands down the best Mediterranean food and service I’ve had in quite some time! The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful, warm, and very inviting. I honestly don’t know which impressed me more, the incredible food or the exceptional service. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Our server, Margarita, was outstanding, attentive, kind, and truly elevated the entire experience. This was my first time dining at Kan Zaman, and it definitely won’t be my last. Sorry, there are no pictures. The food was so good, it was gone before I had a chance to get a photo.
