Kalalou Caribbean Bar & Grill Orlando

The food was delicious and our server Djoulie was amazing! Couldn’t ask for a better experience. I went a couple of weeks ago with my friends and I went today again with my boyfriend, and I’m definitely coming back.

Food was delicious like the fried food/appetizer. The salmon was dry over cooked. I finally got my lemon water by the time I almost done eating. I only ordered lemon water. Ensure if theybwere under staffed. Nonetheless, it' disappointing to experience. The waitress seemed overwhelmed and we have to ask multiple times by several people in my party. Unfortunately the service was poor. The food was good, however, not worth the experience.

We called about 30 minutes before closing to let them know we had a party of eight and would arrive in about eight minutes, and thankfully they were kind enough to accommodate us. My brother and his family drove an hour and a half to meet us, while we had just flown in from New York, so after a long day of travel, all we wanted was a good meal together. The food was delicious, and the service was truly outstanding. Our waiter was kind and attentive, and even though it was close to closing time, the staff made us feel welcomed and never rushed. We are incredibly grateful for their hospitality, especially since we stayed until 10ish, even though they closed at 9p. Friendly, good vibes with traditional and modern Haitian music.

We had a great experience at Kalalou. Words cannot describe how much we appreciated our time there. The atmosphere was inviting. There was music playing and ambient lighting. Kevin, our waiter was personable and always ready to assist us with any questions. The food came at a very reasonable time. The food was delicious. Compliments to the chef. You can tell there is a lot of attention and care made in the meals. If you’re Haitian, you will have a sense of nostalgia from these exquisite flavorful dishes.The fried food was fresh, not greasy. A wonderful time all around. 10/10!

I enjoyed the Fresh food. No complaints at all. Dine in and the restaurant always had friendly waiters with both of my visits.
