I had a fabulous time here learning how to decorate cakes. The staff was super kind, patient and helpful. It is a place i will recommend.

This place is great! They have a great selection of boxes for cakes to choose from with great pricing.

This place has everything you need to make sweets.... whatever project you have, just go there and grab your needs... friendly, helpful clerks always there to make your trip easier.. it took me one trip to become an always customer.

I’ve visited Kake Kreations multiple times hoping the service would improve, but it’s only gotten worse. Chelsea, the owner’s daughter, is consistently on her personal phone, ignoring customers and even other employees. It’s incredibly unprofessional and shows a complete lack of respect for those trying to support the business. What’s most disturbing is that I heard her make a racist comment, referring to herself as “the only white woman” there. That kind of language is absolutely unacceptable and offensive in any setting — especially in a business serving a diverse community. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend others consider taking their business elsewhere until real changes are made.
