Came here during the soft opening! Waited about 20 minutes which felt reasonable. I love it so much so I came back again the same week and my group was seated immediately! The space is not too big or too small! It looks like it can fit about 25-35 people. Tried their nikumori and wagyu roast beef. I love how savory the dry ramen is, and the pork chashu goes really well with it. The wagyu roast beef though felt a bit dry and was different from what I expected. (Maybe it is because they are still on the soft-opening phase). Next time, I'd probably stick with minced pork or chashu slices instead. Side note (personal opinion): the dry ramen tastes even better with a bit of vinegar and you can find vinegar and chili sauce on the table! Also tried the oroshi ponzu karaage and ika karaage. The

Kajiken is honestly one of the best ramen spots I’ve tried in Phoenix EVER. The noodles were perfectly cooked and the flavor was amazing super rich without being too heavy. The toppings were fresh & consistent, the soft-boiled egg was cooked PERFECT 🤩 You can tell the ingredients are high quality and everything is made with care. The atmosphere was very clean and modern, and the whole place had a relaxed vibe that makes you want to stay & enjoy your meal. The service was friendly and attentive. Also shoutout to Dom who was my server! He made the experience even better. If you’re looking for really good ramen, I definitely recommend Kajiken. I’ll 100% be coming back!

We tried Kajiken at Desert Ridge and now | get why people like it. Abura soba is basically ramen with no broth, just noodles mixed with sauce and oil. Sounds simple, but it's actually really flavorful. I got the Kajiken Original. The chashu was thick and tender, the egg was perfectly jammy, and once you mix everything together, it's savory and very satisfying without feeling too heavy. It's a pretty good size restaurant, and the servers were nice and friendly. We went around 3pm, so it felt more like a tea-time snack than a full meal, which was kind of nice. If you're into ramen but want something different, this is a fun change. I'd come back.

Food was good! The flavor was delicious and made me want to eat more. I ordered the Soboro (minced chicken), Potato Croquettes, with Ika Geso and Oroshi Ponzu Karaage (Oroshi Ponzu is not pictured here). The Ika Geso was soft but springy, and the Oroshi Ponzu came with a refreshing dipping sauce with a hint of wasabi. But since I am sensitive to MSG, I feel they could add a bit less and the flavors would still taste great. Overall, very flavorful food :)

I had high expectations for Kajiken, but the experience was disappointing overall. We waited about 45 to 50 minutes for our food, only to finish eating in under three minutes. I ordered the Nikumori, and for nearly $20, it was mediocre at best. Realistically, this dish should be priced around $12 to $14. The portion was small, consisting of a modest amount of noodles with minced pork, a half egg and just two slices of pork. It simply did not justify the cost. The kitchen was moving extremely slowly, and it was clearly affecting everyone in the restaurant, not just our table. The long wait made the small portion and average flavor even more frustrating. After finishing, I was still hungry and ended up getting food elsewhere. For the time investment, price, and portion size, the value jus
