Kairos PeMo’s Coffee Shop

If you are driving through and need a legit cup of Joe, do not blink or you will miss this place tucked one block off the main drag. It is the kind of local coffee joint that makes you immediately feel cooler just by standing in it. First thing you notice is the smell. Not “coffee adjacent.” Not “maybe someone brewed something earlier.” I mean full-on, robust, freshly roasted glory. They have actual bags of beans stacked around and a roaster humming in the background like it means business. You are not drinking mystery warehouse coffee here. This stuff is roasted right there. The vibe? Outstanding. Smooth music. Warm lighting. Cozy without being cramped. A cute baby in a stroller is also there like the unofficial brand ambassador. New local coffee shop, delicious! Nice place to hang out, a few edibles (granola bars, coffee cake, etc) to go with your drink. Nice music playing, cool sitting areas. AND - you can but their coffee - which they roast themselves. We will be back

The drinks are consistently smooth, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared, whether you’re ordering a classic espresso, a latte, or one of their specialty creations. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and inviting—perfect for meeting friends, studying, or simply unwinding. The shop is clean, comfortable, and filled with a positive, community-focused vibe.

Amazing! We visit coffee shops everywhere we go. As roasters we feel like it’s our job to experience different coffee. We walked in blindly and was definitely not expecting to be blown away. The atmosphere was so awesome and my frozen caramel was so great! Our barista was very knowledgeable and super friendly. I wish we were closer😊

Karios Pemos is a great coffee shop, especially being in a smaller town. My wife is a coffee roaster up in Atlanta and we have been spoiled with good quality espresso/ coffee and well roasted beans. My wife and I both enjoyed our coffee drinks (sweet cream cold brew and a *traditional* cappuccino). We also tried a delicious salted caramel frappe from a family member. The baristas were pleasant to talk with and know what they are doing behind the counter. If I lived here, I would come here all the time. I love the Christ centered decor as well and the messages of truth around the shop. Also, this is an awesome place to work on a computer given they have outlets next to most of the tables! Definitely give this shop a go!
