Just Salad

Went in for a salad; left with a Quesadilla bowl which was delicious! Everything looks and tastes fresh and deliciously seasoned! Customer service was on point as well. Will be back soon!

Absolutely unacceptable customer service at Just Salad. From the moment I walked in, I was completely ignored. No greeting, no smile, no acknowledgment whatsoever. I had to speak first just to get someone to recognize I was standing there. The staff showed zero personality and zero professionalism. For a company like Just Salad, this level of service is embarrassing and far below expectations. Whoever is responsible for hiring and training at this location clearly failed. The district manager needs to step in immediately because this experience was ridiculous and reflects very poorly on the brand. I will not be returning unless serious improvements are made.

Absolutely phenomenal. I love the cilantro chicken warm bowl. This place is what I imagine it would be like if sweetgreen was actually good. There’s definitely some margin for improvement with the staff’s level of friendliness, but I think the deliciousness of the food more than makes up for it. Also, there’s tons of space and seating which is a huge bonus. 10/10 bring your friends bring your wife bring your side piece bring your grandma

Wanted a salad, thought this would be a place for quality ingredients. It was average at best. The service was terrible. When I approached the counter, I told them its my first time here, and she responded with ok, and she stared at me. 😆 the staff looked like they were upset and spoke in Spanish only to each other and laughing. Atmosphere is good, they have outdoor seating. Not enough tables Inside. Won't be going back.

We ordered an hour and a half ago… No food still 🙄 We are a super busy practice and there is NO PHONE NUMBER to contact anyone to find an ETA for our food! We spent $130 and will never order from them again. Note to owners… You should be able to contact your establishment with questions, concerns and feedback. Edit: food eventually showed up, no salad dressings for the two salads, and drinks are missing. Very disappointed.
