I made a delivery order paid 10dollars extra on top of my 35 dollar subtotal for customization then another 10dollars from delivery fees and tip. I ordered an hour before closed by the time I received my order the store was closed I received the wrong order Three salads when I ordered two all basically with none of the customizations I asked for. The three salads actually had everything in it that I requested to not be inside of it which is just a slap in the face. All with three tiny dressings that wasn’t what I was expecting EVERYTHING was wrong look for yourself with these pictures I have below. Not at all what I asked for after I spent my money on it where almost $40 for two salads is crazy to begin with. Probably the workers should understand the value of their service and do thin

This location is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Been here 3 times and now it’s the last time. First time, I was standing waiting at the counter (when it was completely empty and I was the ONLY CUSTOMER) for at least 7 minutes before even being acknowledged; salad was fine. Second time, I decided to do a mobile pick up order so I wouldn’t have to wait again and guess what, still had to wait. My pick up time was 5:30 and I arrived at 5:40 expecting my order to be ready. Well, it wasn’t and I had to wait another 10 minutes just for them to start to make it, and it was so completely drenched in dressing after I specified “light” dressing and my bread was missing. Today, is the last straw! I ordered the Winter Harvest salad and it has nothing in it as described! For god sakes, they didn’t even put the ch

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The store was clean and tidy. I was happy to see the Pick 2 Deal - gave me a chance to try 2 new items at once. I’m looking forward to more regular visits!
