Just Pho You

First time eating here today and won’t be the last! We stopped by for lunch and there was plenty of seating. We were promptly greeted, given menu’s and water. I ordered a fried vegan noodle dish, my husband had a noodle soup and egg rolls. Everything came out quickly and we were really pleased with our dishes. My food was super flavorful with lots of veggies. My husband’s food was also great. Service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant was really clean. The food is fantastic. Definitely recommend Just Pho You! Can’t wait to eat here again.

The Bo bun hue is EXCELLENT! Very beefy deep flavor and mildly spicy, spaghetti type noodles, so delicious! I walked in at a quiet moment and within 10 minutes of me sitting down every table was full! Glad I got in before the dinner rush, In spite of being so busy, the service was very friendly and sweet. Everything was wonderful

It got busy when we arrived so the waiter server and got a little confused. Pho and Bon Bo Hue only have one option for meat brisket. Regular serving is small. Shrimp tempura was good

The chicken fried rice tasted okay and the food came out very quickly, which we appreciated. However, we were disappointed by the service regarding our order. We specifically asked for it to be spicy—and even ordered a second round "extra spicy"—but it was still served mild. Good if you're in a rush, but they don't seem to follow special instructions.

We came to White Sands National Park to have some fun and stopped by here for a meal. The food turned out to be much better than we expected. We ordered the pho and the spicy pho — both were delicious, and you can really tell the broth isn’t made from store-bought soup base. Also, their restroom is super clean.
