I was genuinely excited to try this place because I’ve been craving Mediterranean food. I was married to an Israeli for eight years and even dated an executive chef from Israel at one point, so I’m very familiar with authentic chicken shawarma and traditional Israeli flavors.This restaurant would be the closet thing to it. Unfortunately, my experience here was extremely disappointing. I arrived around 5 PM, and the restaurant was nearly empty—maybe two or three customers waiting. I ordered a simple bowl with cilantro pesto, hummus, Israeli salad, arugula, and chicken shawarma. What I received, as shown in my photos, was essentially the leftover scrapings from the bottom of the shawarma pan. Food here was fabulous! Lamb was flavorful and tender! Fries were perfectly soft inside and crispy outside. You order at Kiosk so you can take time and add what you want in custom dishes or prder one of their preset items.

Honestly, this place tastes way better than it looks in the photos, no offense to the camera! 😄 I had the Greek salad and chicken soup, and both were surprisingly delicious. But the real surprise? The portion sizes. I live in Texas, so I know what a big plate looks like, and this? Easily held its own. You’ll leave full, happy, and maybe a little shocked you found a spot this good hiding behind such a simple name. Definitely coming back. Just Chicken 🐓? More like Just What I Needed.

I can’t stay away from this place. I order from Just Kitchen at least twice a week. They have the most fresh delicious salads and the serving portions are large. I really like that they have clean vegetarian options as well and I feel full and satisfied (which can be hard when you’re mostly vegetarian). Most of my orders have been consistent, however one time I did receive the bottom of the pan left overs of chicken soup, which was mainly broth. But other than that they have been fantastic. I’m really glad I found this place.

Beef&Lamb pita and Beef&Lamb wrap: 10/10 - These things are packed with meat and fresh ingredients. They had the perfect amount of sauce to give it a great flavor without being dry. Fries: 11/10 - Unbelievably crispy yet soft in the inside. Perfectly seasoned, the fries really were an unexpected treat. Absolutely try them if you enjoy French fries. The fries were served with a sweet and spicy ketchup (possibly Sriracha) Ranch: 9/10 - Buttermilk ranch with great flavor. Perfect dip for fries. Atmosphere: 6/10 - This place has a strangely sterile vibe. It honestly felt like eating a meal in a dentist office. It doesn't feel Mediterranean at all, but the food makes up for it.
