I’ve used Just Baked personally, for business events, and as a trusted referral for my couples at Tar Creek Ranch for years, and I can say with full confidence they are consistently incredible. Every custom order I’ve received has been beautiful and thoughtfully detailed, but more importantly, absolutely delicious. The decor work is stunning, and even the packaging feels intentional. Honestly, that extra touch makes it feel like you’re opening a special gift, not just a box of desserts. I’ve also known and worked with the owner, Libby, for years. She is truly a bright spot. She leads with heart, speaks with genuine passion for what she does, and brings such a fun, lighthearted energy to her shop and every event she’s part of.

Let me start by saying: Just Baked makes the best cakes I have ever tasted in my life — truly unmatched. My husband would wholeheartedly agree! Before we got married, we stopped by to sample a few of their baked goods, and from that moment on, we knew our wedding cake had to be from Just Baked. The quality, flavor, and value are exceptional. We ordered a smaller “personal cake” for ourselves and for cake-cutting photos, and my only regret is not hiring a professional cake-cutting service and ordering an even bigger cake so every guest could experience how incredible it was. I have worked with Just Baked since its inception as a wedding planner and client. They catered my college graduation, other personal celebrations, and easily over 40++ weddings during my 13 year career. Libby is always the first one to hop in and ask how she can help when there’s a need in our community. Every Christmas we purchase several boxes of cookies for the teachers at my son’s school and they are always excited to receive them. This year my son decided to skip party favors at his birthday and give his friends gift cards to “his bakery”. Libby custom made “cookie or cupcake certificates” just for us. The staff is friendly, the food is delish, and the decor is so fun. Recently fell in love with the berry cobbler bar after being a long time sugar cookie girlie.

I’ve lived in Paris, London, New York City, and Los Angeles — some of the most well-known food cities in the world — so I don’t say this lightly: Just Baked is exceptional. Paso Robles may have a small-town feel, but the quality coming out of this bakery is what you’d expect to find in a great Manhattan spot. Everything we’ve had here has been incredible. The staff is genuinely kind and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. We have relatives in the area and get to visit about once a year, and this place is always a must-stop for us. We live in Europe now, surrounded by great food, and Just Baked still stands out. A true gem in Paso Robles.

Unbelievable! I am celiac, and they have a wonderful variety of gluten free items in addition to regular items. My husband said the cinnamon roll has changed his life. But the cookies and cupcakes are off the hook as well. They do beautiful wedding cakes. And it’s so fun and festive in the bakery. Highly recommend!
