Jumma food

Our lunch at Jumma in Houston was a delightful experience. The fish katsu was perfectly crispy, and the chicken katsu was equally satisfying. The Bulgogi Rice was a standout, with flavorful marinated beef. The staff were attentive and helpful, enhancing our enjoyable meal.

I always order the same ramen here and the “normal” has NEVER been spicy—until today. When I brought it up, the server argued with me and even brought the cook out just to tell me “normal means spicy.” That’s not true based on all my previous visits. The food here is amazing, but the customer service is honestly terrible. The attitude, gaslighting, and lack of professionalism ruined the whole experience. I left the food and won’t be coming back.

4/10/25: In the food court today, giving Jumma Food another shake (my sister and I both ordered 57 P $11.99), but it's not as savory as Ziggle Ziggles kimchi jigae $12.99. The banchans are pretty good (kimchi, cucumber, and radish kimchis plus miso soup - you explicitly have to ask for it when you order a soup dish otherwise you won't get it).

Great little place to eat. Located Inside mart, JUMMA, was a delicious find. Ordered 57B, tofu beef spicy soup. Highly recommend. Will ve back for more

Extremely Unprofessional Service at Jumma Food I had a terrible experience at Jumma Food. I didn’t receive the plate I ordered, and when I showed them the receipt, they still refused to change it or give me a refund. The dish they gave me had ingredients I’m allergic to, so I couldn’t eat it at all. The worst part was the customer service. The lady at the counter was rude and told me it was my problem that I was allergic to the food they mistakenly gave me. I’ve never experienced such dismissive and unprofessional treatment from a restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially if you have allergies or expect basic respect and customer service.
