Julito's Peruvian Chicken

Quaint location. Tasty food. Hospitalable hosts. This is a great find in the Waldorf area. Pictures of Peruvian culture on the walls, music playing, vibing - though too loud. This Peruvian restaurant has meals that are cooked to order and served hot. You can chose take out or done in. Thanks to Luis for a good experience.

Julitos is honestly an amazing restaurant! I literally find myself ordering from them almost every day because I can’t get enough of their food. On my way to college, I’m always rushing and usually skip breakfast but I don’t want just any typical fast food. I crave the Peruvian dishes I grew up eating at home, and it’s rare to find them made right unless it’s by someone truly Peruvian. Coming here was the best decision. The first time, I ordered their jalea and salchipapa, and wow, I was in heaven. The flavors were so delicious and comforting and they instantly brought back memories from my younger years. Soooo today we tried a new spot... I've always driven by and I'm glad I stopped in. The staff was extra friendly, the music was good and the food was delicious! We had wings, in 3 flavors (lemon pepper/ old bay / buffalo) and both the chicken AND steak saltado... as a suggestion by the very nice young man (Angel) who helped take our order. I noticed a couple of tables with customers happily eating... Our experience was pleasant and we will come back again. We got all that food for 5 people plus some drinks and it came to about $80. Very generous portions!

Love this place. Such a hidden gem. Chicken was so tender and the yuka was amazing! Such a good portion of black beans too. Service with a smile always makes me want to return!

It’s always good to come to Julito’s Peruvian chicken, they have the best sea food around the area, ceviche is always a tasty option, as well as arroz de mariscos and jalea 🙌🏻 also trío marino is 🔥 Don’t forget to add the Chicha Morada to your order, is delicious 💜
