I have used Judy on multiple occasions. I've always but maybe one time gotten my phone calls answered. She's always taking care of me and always been willing to. Very friendly, very kind, nice quiet setting my absolute go-to in the area considering the fact nobody else answers a phone call. There's one other person within a 10-minute drive if you want to pay a pretty high amount. So when it comes to getting the job done for a title transfer in my case anyway it's always been a pleasant experience

Update: 4-16-18 Called during business hours to ask what was required to purchase a vehicle and obtain "In Transit" tags as I'm from out of state. She said good buy and hung up. I tried to call back, as I assumed I was accidentally disconnected, Nope, she hung up a second time. I have downgraded her from 5 to 1 stars. Orignial: Called and spoke to her, seems very friendly. She does not work on Sunday which is the day I was going to be in town there. M-F is 10-6 and Saturday is 10-5 but she asked that if you don't have an appointment to please call just to make sure she is home.

Judy has helped me with numerous license and registration changes over the years and every experience has been a pleasure. She is very personable, efficient in the services she provides and one of the kindest people I know in the Curwensville area.

Only notary opened. refused to turn on her computer for the paper I needed after calling her and her saying she would. Cost me my job. Even tried offering her 20$

Judy is a great lady! I would definitely recommend her services to anyone!
