Juan Valdez - Miami Springs

My coffee came with an extra surprise! See photos below. A large metal and rubber piece of equipment was left In my iced coffee from this location. As of nearly a week later they have yet to reach out after I contacted them about this. Had I consumed this, it would have been much worse. Very disappointed in the negligence here. As other reviews had mentioned the server was overwhelmed as she was the only one there. I really liked this place the first time I went, and coffee was great, but the management is just leading to failure imo

This coffee shop is beautiful and clean the staff is nice. Highly recommend them we just got coffee from them and it is delicious!

A cute and chill place to chat and catch up. Everyone is super nice, and Robin gave especially great service. I’m not a coffee fan, so I was really happy to see they have other great options. The smoothies and hot chocolates are amazing.

I was expecting this coffee shop to be like the other Juan Valdez, but to my surprise I left disappointed and will not be returning. With Starbucks across the street, this place won’t last. The bathroom didn’t have toilet paper and the soap dispenser was empty and dripping on the wall. There’s no paper towels, only a hand dryer that is overlapping the sink. Glad I didn’t order food after reading all these reviews.

Coffee was great, was not a fan of the pastries, lacking in flavor. I found the items extremely overprice. $9.47 for a small coffee.
