Juan Pollo

Consistent product and service. Chicken is excellent, great seasoning, moisture, and overall texture. Sides are good, tortilla is great. Only time service was poor was later in the evening. They closed early and despite checking on the phone first 5mins ahead of arriving, they had "run out of chicken". Still happy with this place overall and would come here over El Pollo Loco anyday.

We had our after Christmas family party today. We eat at Juan Pollo often but, new to catering. Everything was perfect..the staff, the ease of ordering plus pick up. The most important part was the amazing food everything was perfect.

I love the best chicken restaurant that's similar to a Mexican restaurant, except when the meal cooks fast. Juan Pollo has been around in exact 40 years since 1984 and it's mostly famous for chicken. With the flour tortilla, I can even make it into a burrito, add beans, and potato salad on the inside like a new concoction.

My first time coming here as soon as I walked in I didnt even get a hello I started to order im guessing people here don't speak so when I order my 1st meal she gave me my total didn't even asked if I wanted something else so I looked at her and said I wasn't done ordering. When she called my order number I got up to get my food she didnt even say thank you or anything just gave me my bag and she walked away. We paying for service and we don't get it. This is the worst service teach your cashiers to be friendly maybe thats why the restaurant didnt have any people. Won't be returning to this place anymore

Love the flavor of the chicken, their potato salad is soo good and the spicy salsa is delicious. Prices have gone up, so coming here will not be as often as I like. I live off the 605 & 91, so it's a 20 minute drive. Still a place I crave, willing to travel here when I need to have good chicken.
