Ate here today for my birthday. Food was excellent, staff was friendly...actually had a teeny bit of room for dessert. Waitress recommended a turtle sundae..WOW IT was so amazingly good!!! TY for being in Greenville, OH. Keep up the good work all

With not a lot of choices in Greenville to choose from, we decided on JTs for a 50th Birthday party. I had called, the day before, to reserve a table for 10 @ 6pm, in the back room, if it was available. I arrived at 5:45 pm, to set balloons up. Walked into the back room, and it was freezing! Asked someone if they could turn the heat up, and the manager came and fiddle farted with the thermostat forever. She went to walk away and said, it should warm up soon. I hoped so because it was so cold. I walked over to check the thermostat, and it was 60° in their! Waitress said if we all talked, it would warm up quicker! Really!? It NEVER warmed up! For someone that is on blood thinners, it was ridiculous! You would think, calling a day ahead to reserve the room, they could have turned the heat u

JT's Brew and Grill has, in my opinion, a lot of potential to be an exceptional restaurant even more than what it already is. First and foremost, I will address the overall employees. My waitress was very friendly even after I had to return my steak because it was overcooked. The food is great. After the return of steak, salad was fresh, and steak tastes wonderful, knocking the Texas Roadhouse out of the park. A couple things I would improve on and or change. The employee table near the bar, employees hanging out on their phones, counting tips, cups, cans and clothes on chairs and table. I would move this to a separate private area. Overall cleanliness is good with a few exceptions; One being the numerous flies and knats flying around. The other would be that it could use a cleaning on the

Don't want to cook? Looking for a work lunch? Meeting up with a friend? JT's covers these scenarios! My most recent visit was taking my lady out for her lunch break. Lunch specials are the right amount of food without the doggy bag. I got the burger sliders and her the chicken parm sub. Both were good! For those into good fries... The fries here are the good ones! Crunchy exterior with that mash potato interior. I've considered just driving thru for these when needing a snack in the area. There is a drive thru by the way. Overall great location for whatever time of day.

Everything was incredibly disappointing. The corn chips of my appetizer were old, stale, and reheated, the artichoke dip was burnt, my sandwich was just a bland pile of salad on a bun, with almost no actual meat on it. And to top it all off, my wife has been getting sick since we ate there. This place used to be decent. I don't know if its new staff or management, but it is not worth the time or money.
