I recently stopped by J’s Nutrition in North Sioux City and was thoroughly impressed. I tried the 24 oz Banana Nut Bread protein shake with a caramel drizzle, recommended by Molly, and it was absolutely delicious. With 24 grams of protein, it’s a satisfying and nutritious option.  The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. J’s Nutrition offers a variety of health-focused beverages, including loaded teabombs, protein shakes, and protein iced coffee, making it a great addition to the Riverside and North Sioux communities. It’s wonderful to support a local business that genuinely cares and knows about the community.  If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by and trying one of their shakes—you won’t be disappointed!
This is my first time stopping, but will NOT be my last! Tons of options, staff was friendly, helpful and I loved the iced protein coffee!
