J's Ice Cream Parlor

Always drove by and finally decided to check it out. Large selection of different ice cream like Cyclones, sundaes, banana split, Italian ice cream, and parfaits. The woman who works there is very fast and gives great customer service. My sister and I ordered the Strawberry Cheesecake Cyclone and Snickers Cyclone. We also ordered banana splits to take home and were given a box to carry them without having to ask.

Absolutely love this place, the ice cream is well portioned. A junior size is way more than enough for me!! The lady running the place is so sweet. We drove 2 hours away to come for the ice cream.

The Italian ice was yummy and priced reasonably at $5.50. The vanilla ice cream was authentic & rich. I know this spot is a classic but it needs some major renovations and a new menu on their window. lol

Italian ice was colorful and refreshing with just the right amount of soft serve to ice ratio. Just when I was running out of soft serve I found more at the bottom lol Sundae was perfect amount of chocolate and whipped cream. Banana milkshake has fresh bananas combined with thick, creamy ice cream. Overall, a delight!

Italian ice simialr to... Joe's in Anaheim, Rita's in Brea, and Frostbite's in Cerritos. There are probably many other places but this place is also very good and worth a visit for anyone who is a fan.
