JRECK Subs

Being the only ones there, the pace was completely unacceptable. Ordered a buffalo chicken salad, chicken was not cooked through. When she put it on, forgot to sauce the chicken so just drizzled some on top. Girlfriend got a steak sub. Used about 2 times the amount of mushrooms, onions, and peppers, which with the steak were also uncooked and soaked. At least the fried mushrooms were done, but they were put in before anything else and almost left behind. Newest girl was left to struggle with little to no help from the other 2. Awful experience causing us to not eat as we simply had to toss it when we opened it. Not going back out in the weather again to complain, but definitely not going back there. So poor the last 3 visits. 8:05 PM on Tuesday, December 9th is this most recent experience.

**EDIT!! I unfortunately have to leave my stars the same, but im very happy to say that I feel there’s been large improvements! Lemonade hasn’t run out in so long and my turkey sub is back to being a top love! I am sad to say however that I feel I still can’t order my chicken. Still definitely not cooked to how I’d like even with asking for a longer cook. I wish that on the app to order there could be an area to add comments like that so I wouldn’t have to call everytime just to ask for a longer cook that won’t happen. I hope that maybe that can be something delivered to staff, to listen ti customer requests. Disappointing trip. Went in today for a sub (this was a special treat for myself) ...no line, and not too busy in the store. I was talking to a friend, so not paying too much attention when the sub was being made. When I got home (take out order), it seriously looks like there is one piece of meat on each half...and it doesn't even go to the end of the roll. UNACCEPTABLE and SO DISAPPOINTING. When you pay as much as you do for a full sub, it should have some substance - otherwise, what am I paying for? A meal for your money....really? This experience was unacceptable, Adams NY.

This shop is not clean. Tables are not cleaned between customers. Nobody cleans up as they go, they just drag your food through everything else left on the counter. They have zero understanding of food allergies. If you have an allergy you might want to stay away from this shop. Management is sorely lacking here.

Chicken parm sub is decent, inside it needs some work. But I received friendly service and some good food.
