On 12/13/25 my husband and I went to J Pot for the first time and Leilani who helped us with our order made the experience so enjoyable. She was so kind, helpful, and really took her time walking us through the menu and answering all our questions. She made us feel so comfortable and welcome. Amazing service, the food was tasty, and overall great first impression on the restaurant! We’ll definitely be back!

A phenomenal experience here. I wasn't sure what I was coming into when I walked in. I came the other day for lunch, but it looked like there were a lot of steps detailed rather than just an all-you-can-eat. I'm glad I came back because there are definitely a lot more steps. You cook your own food in front of yourself. I came for lunch, and the options are a bit different for lunch or dinner, or you can upgrade to have the entire thing. I thought it would be a little bit pricier, but for everything you get and all the options, it really is a good value. I'm sad I came alone because this is definitely a great experience to have with someone else. Dined at around opening, received our food at 11:25 to be exact, didn’t hear from our server until 12:02. We had to ask for her, she should have been rounding as this is an AYCE restaurant. Did not even apologize for the wait, when we have to order, our grill is already WHITE and ashy, we were not even asked if she should change our grill. The meat is not going to be edible of course. All other times I’ve dined here I had no problem. It’s not even busy. -10000/10 service.

First time at jpot, LIliana was great and very knowledgeable about the process , her recommendations were awesome and she was super friendly and attentive throughout our meal, as for the atmosphere and cleanliness owners could do a better job cleaning floors and under the tables, but overall Lilianna was great !

JPOT is an incredible spot for Japanese BBQ where you get to cook your own food right at the table, making the whole experience both fun and interactive. The meat is absolutely delicious—well-marinated, tender, and full of flavor. Our server was outstanding: attentive, friendly, and very patient, taking the time to clearly explain how everything works so we could make the most of our meal. They offer several dining options, but we went for the BBQ, which was the highlight. There’s also a fresh vegetable bar and a dessert bar, adding even more variety to the experience. And the flights—beautifully presented and bursting with flavor—were simply spectacular. Overall, JPOT combines amazing food, top-notch service, and a unique dining concept that makes it a must-visit.
