Very unprofessional! When we answered the door the man just walked in and started walking around the house. Didn’t introduce himself or say what he was doing there till we asked him! Had muddy shoes on and tracked it all through the house! Obviously didn’t research the area and under appraised our house by over $60,000! Local realtors contested it because that would put my house as the lowest value in the neighborhood and it certainly isn’t! His mistake and not wanting to admit it is causing my 10s of thousands of dollars ! I’m obviously not the only one either !

They waited until the last minute to make an attempt to complete the appraisal, called the night before the appraisal with questions on information they had for weeks. They were more than enough information from the lender and myself including previous appraisal reports, plat records, surveys, etc. Then the appraiser went out and decided he didn't want to do it because it was too difficult and he was "unaware" what the appraisal entailed. Closing date was missed and will be delayed weeks because of their unprofessional lack of service.

If you’re going to have a business phone then as a business you should use it. He must have plenty of business because I left two messages and nothing. But looking through these reviews it doesn’t surprise me. No I absolutely would bot use someone this unprofessional. I’ll keep looking.
