My husband brought home some food from JoyThai, it was SO good - went back a few days later for more. Visited 2/10/26 We dined in, service was great. Definitely a busy area, but our wait time was just right! We ordered quite a few things; Thai crispy rolls Chicken pad Thai Satay chicken (the peanut sauce was cherry on top) 3 flavored fish (so so good, main reason I wanted to come back & eat again. So delicious!!) & I think Tom Yum? Everything was so yummy, we truly enjoyed all the dishes. But my favorites were definitely the 3 Flavored Fish & Tom Yum! Also ordered mango sweet rice for dessert (picture from takeout order), one of my favorites!! & Thai iced tea, first time having it.. so tasty, one of my new favorite beverages

I ordered the Chicken Basil Fried Rice, and the dish was extremely disappointing. The chicken was undercooked and had a raw smell, and the rice itself was only partially cooked. Overall, the quality of the food was unacceptable, and it resulted in a very poor dining experience.

Just placed an order for the first time and not too happy about my drunken noodles being slightly burned and a little dry. I’ve also never had them with what I think was, fried egg. The sticky rice and mango was just ok…

I have been to Thailand almost 20 times and food there was so great but this restaurant is better than all of them. The owner is so kind and friendly. Thank you for your wonderful cooking.

I really wanted this place to be amazing! It’s a cozy, hole-in-the-wall spot with a cute and trendy vibe, which had me excited to try the food. Unfortunately, my basil chicken was a bit of a letdown—it lacked flavor and left me feeling unsatisfied. However, my husband’s green curry was absolutely delicious; I seriously wanted to steal a bite every chance I got! My son’s basil fried rice, was also a hit—flavorful and perfectly prepared. Overall, while my dish fell short, the other plates at our table were great. I’d be willing to give Joy Thai Kitchen another try and explore more of the menu.
