Jot India Restaurant (Florence)

Place is awesome. Restaurant is clean & the decor on the wall is nice. Service was awesome, the staff were friendly and welcoming. To me I love Indian food, but my biggest gripe is that it tends to be really expensive when me & my wife go out to get it. However, the prices at Jot are very reasonable and the food quality is top notch. For our meal today I especially liked the Tikka Masala waffle fries. It was a good twist on an American food item with that delicious Indian spice & flavor.

My friends have met here for lunch a few times, but today we ordered the lunch platter. It was perfect!! 2 entrees, salad, naan, rice and a small appetizer. Everything was delicious and a perfect portion. As always the service and cleanliness was excellent.

I like the food. We ordered chicken Tikka masala and chicken curry. I wish the portion is a little bit bigger. garlic Nan bread is fresh , looks like they made it from scratch.

Loved the food!!! It was really good. Just be warned if you aren't into spicy food. I've haven't eaten here before so I ordered the regular spice for all of my food and it was quite spicy. delicious but spicy. I also found a few hairs in my yogurt sauce and in one of my curry containers. This isn't going to stop me from coming here again, but I will be mindful next time.

The food was amazing. I ordered Chole Bhature and they have given rice also. The food was so fresh and tasty. People are nice too.
