Joseph's Bakery

The friendliest local bakery ever, nestled amongst houses and apartments on the hill in San Pedro. Friendly folks making great food. I stop in to get a slice of their sheet pan pizza once a week: imagine your high school cafeteria pizza, but elevated to the nth degree: comfort food upgraded.

Josephs Bakery is the best. The pizza is one of my favorite things ever. You just have to get their early before they sell out. Plenty of street parking.

A longtime neighborhood mom and pop gem in San Pedro thats been around for several decades. Finally got a chance to stop by around 10am on a weekday after the rains cleared up on this current trip🤙 Friendly owners, greeted warmly and had a nice conversation with her and a customer when i walked in. When I arrived most of the pastries were sold out but luckily there was more cheese pizzas in the back👍 Grabbed a couple slices of the cheese pizzas and 2 lemon bars.... Cash only too which wasnt a problem. Pizzas are straight up legit, the cheese, tomato sauce and crust is straight up awesome and has that timeless feels. Get there early, snooze or lose. 5 stars.

This is a walk in not dine in place. Menu is simple but with very tasty items. I recommend their pizza (which is simple, cheese or pepperoni) & any of their pastries are good. To to it all off, customer service is great. Definitely a must visit if you're in the neighborhood.

You have to be up early for the pizza!!! Best pizza ever. The brownie was good also! Love their pastries.😍
