If you’re looking for real, down-home cooking, this is the place! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with smiles and the smell of good food! The portions are generous, the prices are great, and they make you feel welcomed! I had turkey wings, collards, and cabbage, all delicious! Everything was so good that I got oxtails, green beans and mac-n-cheese to go! It was also delicious! I highly recommend Josephine’s! I can’t wait to go back!

This place is a hidden gem. I just learned about it recently and visited for my first time. I imagined it would be a large restaurant, but it was not. Just guessing I would think maybe 50 people can be seated at full capacity but I'm not certain. The first thing I noticed as we walked to the door was the smiles on people's faces as they returned to their vehicles with bags of food in their arms. Upon entering, we noticed about 20 people waiting to order their food and considered leaving. However, there was a very friendly gentleman sitting near the door who engaged us with a great conversation. As we spoke, I noticed the line was moving pretty quickly.
