Jordana's Pizzeria & Italian Ristorante

We had the absolute best experience at Jordana’s Pizzeria in Benson! Although we didn’t order pizza this time, the spaghetti with meat sauce and meatballs was outstanding. The portion size was generous, the sauce tasted fresh and homemade, and the meatballs were flavorful and perfectly cooked. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and delicious.The moment we walked in, the restaurant smelled heavenly, that comforting, authentic Italian aroma that instantly makes you hungry. The staff was so sweet and genuinely friendly, which made the experience even better. We were staying at a nearby hotel after a long drive up I-95, and this was exactly the warm, satisfying meal we needed. It truly felt like a welcome hug at the end of a long travel day. Highly recommend we’ll absolutely be back next time

Coming in after an afternoon at BLT. Early evening. We got a cheeseburger and fries. Burger was cooked perfectly. The fries were hot. We also got two subs both toasted. One was a club without tomatoes and came out hot and correct. I got an Italian sub with banana peppers added. It was so good. We both got the bag of chips with it. A nice ending to the evening.

Very bland food; little to no seasoning. Added parmesan cheese, but it didn't help much... We weren't given plates, but forks were eventually provided. We were told we'd be brought knives once some were clean... never got any. Ordered canoli because of how good it looked online... Just ran out; ordered baklava... Just ran out; ordered cheesecake, bingo! Brought out one serving (there were two of us) in a plastic to go box... no plates and no forks; had to use our dirty dinner forks. The cheesecake was very good, even though toppings weren't offered. A bit run down, but fairly clean. Not a high-end or classy restaurant.

This is a very sad Friday for my family, as we have genuinely always looked forward to our times at Jordana’s, we were loyal customers until tonight. After our pizza came out (the same pizza we had always ordered) I could look at it and tell it was not assembled nor cooked the same as times past. The pepperonis were different, dough was not cooked thoroughly and the sauce was smothering the pizza and grease just drenched the whole pie. After we were asked by our waitress named Cheyenne, if our food looked good, I expressed my concern and asked if there was a different cook than in the past. She then informed us that this restaurant is under new management and I am incredibly sad to learn that the quality of food took a plummet as well as the service. We were passing through and stopped off after a long day at a college orientation for us to have a nice dinner before finishing our drive home. Some of us left a little hungry. There was four of us. Our waiter was nice, very soft spoken and did her best. I could go on about how I felt about the whole situation but I won't, I'm here to leave a food review. We were told a few items were out of stock but could sub it for another meat before we ordered our pizza. Wasn't told they were also out of fries. One ordered a burger and fries. We got a burger and onion rings. Also ordered mild wings and the sauce tasted a little weird. The second person ordered cheese sticks, which were awesome!
