Great lobster rolls. This was my 1st time here, while in the area I stopped at 2 other places for lobster rolls, this was my favorite. Will definitely stop in again next time I'm in town

What a cool little place! It's a surprise, not a big restaurant area but you see it at the side of the road and you can't help but stop. They have some great options where you can wait outside at the window and get it to go. There is usually a line every time we pass by. You can also go in to the little tavern area and sit down or sit down at the little restaurant area. There is a cold Sam Adams Summer Brew ready for you if you need something refreshing to go with a fresh lobster roll or a hot buttered lobster roll which is what our choice was. It was absolutely fabulous and the ladies that were there serving us were amazing. The bartender was happy to help us get set up and we enjoyed a long leisurely lunch. We stopped in on the way to Acadia. It was really flavorful and inexpensive. Im not sure if I liked the scallops more than the lobster or the haddock more than the scallops. I'm not sure what the cook is using for seasoning, but it was amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. I knew we needed to return before the long ride home. Unfortunately, it wasn't as flavorful on the way home. It could've been a different cook or because they were busy. I would give it one more shot when I visit before completely checking it off the list.

As advertised, this is THE BEST lobster roll! We went to multiple restaurants while we were in Maine. We drove two hours just to go back and have lunch here one more time. It was the first lobster roll we had while in Maine and the last! My daughter had the cold lobster roll, and I had the hot. When we went back the last time, we also had the halibut nuggets. Everything was freshly made, hot and outstanding! It was also the most generous portions we found anywhere. It will definitely be our first stop when we go back!

Lobster bisque was amazing, best we ever had! Hot Honey Lobster Roll was okay, not very hot. And the lobster was just a little overcooked and didn’t feel like a full roll’s worth of meat.
