Jomarc Commercial Food Equipment

Worst customer experience. I brought in my slicer to get it looked at. Was told to leave it . When I called to check what’s wrong with it, I was told that they don’t work on those kind of equipment because they are Japanese and they don’t have parts I asked what’s is wrong w it he said I plugged it and it’s not spinning. SMH . If u don’t work on Japanese equipment u could have simply let us know so we don’t waste time driving and hour back and forth . Meanwhile I had to pay almost third the price of a slicer . Horrible attitude seems like the 2 ppl I spoke don’t like the job or had a bad day .

So Jeff and his company are simply amazing, my Hobart that is 50 years old crashed today. New machines are 25 k and i looked online and was not comfortable just buying one. I stumbled on JoMarc and spoke to Jeff who explained everything. I felt comfortable and with a 10 k purchase that is hard to do. It was 4 on a Friday. We worked a deal and he said his man would be out tonight, a Friday. That alone is amazing . I had Hector meet me, who is the most professional person I have come across in 40 years. He got the new 600 lb machine in, the old one out and even waited for an emergency I had without ever complaining. I can tell you this Jomarc is a diamond in a field of coal and they will ALWAYS have my business. Thank you for saving the day.

We paid twice to have a machine fixed. They fixed it the first time but not properly and didn't put oil in it and said the motor was an issue. Another company came out to fix it and said the motor was actually fine. Jomarc tried to tell us it was a $5000 job without even opening anything. Not competent at all.

I'm Peter, the Alltownpizza manager. We called Jomarc for the oil change of our dough machine, which has no problem. The person who came to oil change emptied oil then started the machine without oil inside .While working on the Mixer something was broken. When he realized that some shifts were damaged, he said ,"don't worry, I would send another person and get it done". But while we were trying to make up for their mistakes, we had to paid nearly $ 1000 in total. The parts they repaired were broken again. When we called Jomarc again, the person who arrived 5 minutes before the end of his shift, said It is impossible to fix the mixer. He said we had to spend about $ 7000, even without opening the cover of the mixer . We called someone from another company. Because the mixer m

They may fix your machine but they make you come back more then once. Broke my machine in stating I think it needs new bearings or a new blade. Told them to fix it but not to fix the automatic slicer part. Yep after spending 75ish on parts and 2 1/2 hrs on labor had to bring back. What did it need...new bearings like I said but the guys been doing it over 25 yrs. Now it cost me another hrs labor and the parts which if done correctly first time it would have been done in the first 2 1/2 hrs. Its okay tho hes been doing this for over 25yrs. Maybe if thats the case you would have called me the first time to tell me it was done like you stated you wou ld and claimed you did. Nope I had to call and ask if it was done. As I said they fix but they also make it so you have to come back to get more
