The staff is so welcoming and efficient. The security guard at the door greeted us and helped us roll my mom's wheelchair with ease. Their fried chicken is amazing and love how they can split a bucket with spicy & orginal bucket. With their chicken being so good, I tried their burger--that did not disappoint! The only glitch in the service was that they kept running out of mac & cheese, but it was definitely worth the wait! There is ample parking, but it's a shared parking lot with other locations, with a busy hospital across the street. Noticeably, the staff keeps the dining area VERY clean. There wasn't a sign of any longstanding trash on tables or stacked trays.

Great friendly service. Special attention given to our family by Ms. Gemma and Ms. Teyana. Place is very clean and has plenty accessible parking. Everyone is nice. Agree with the best tasting chicken in USA as per national survey.

This Jollibee is a joke. We ordered online through door dash and the workers don't even care what is on the receipt. We got original chicken bucket and they sent spicy, and then we had the order resend and they sent the same thing again! Carelessness of these employees without checking the order. It isnt door dashes fault since it's sealed and they are only a delivery service. No number on Google or website to reach out to troubleshoot. Never order delivery from this location. EVER.

I had an amazing experience at Jollibee! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I was craving. The chicken was crispy and juicy, and everything came out quickly. I especially want to recognize Jan Carlos Guzman for outstanding customer service. He was extremely friendly, respectful, and attentive. He made sure my order was correct, answered my questions patiently, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. Employees like him truly make a difference in the customer experience. Jan Carlos Guzman absolutely deserves a raise for his hard work and professionalism. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the great service!

I would like to formally apologize to my sister. She told me about Jollibee and I doubted her. That fried chicken changed my life. Crispy. Juicy. Spiritual. I took one bite and saw my ancestors nod in approval. No regrets. Only gratitude.
