Dear Jollibee Team, While eating my order, I discovered a strand of hair attached to one of the food items, as shown clearly in the attached photos. This was extremely disappointing and concerning, especially when it comes to food safety and hygiene. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their hygiene and quality control. I would not recommend this location based on this experience.

If you like fast food this is the place for you. My honest opinion, this place is overrated. Chicken doesn’t taste good. The ppl serving you look miserable. If this is your thing I’m happy for you! Trash!

The chicken and French fries were hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious! The Ube pie was amazing! It was warm, flaky, and perfectly sweet. 10/10 would recommend. Definitely will be back! 😊

I just love their spaghetti! I even tried to make it at home with banana ketchup using a recipe I found online, but it’s just not the same. Their chicken is great too, but today I came just for the spaghetti. Honestly, I even paid $5 for parking at American Dream Mall just to eat it — totally worth it! 🍝🔥

We took the kiddies out for a special birthday weekend in side American dream and we bought some delicious crispy chicken here. Their fries was nothing short of amazing. The atmosphere was great and the service fast. The menu offers a great selection of chicken dishes, from perfectly fried tenders to flavorful grilled options. Each bite was juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection. It was a great experience. We enjoyed it.
