Went to Jolie last night and had a wonderful time! Colleen was our server and she was incredible. We ordered the mussel toast, tortellini appetizer special, and parsnip bisque to start and they were scrumptious!! The tortellini was probably my least favorite but still very flavorful. The mussel toast was out of this world. For our entrees we ordered the steak frites and salmon and absolutely loved it. We left stuffed and satisfied. We can definitely tell my they got a michelin recommendation for 2025. 10/10!

Wow!! Celebrated my birthday on the roof top with the lovely Olivia. She was perfect in every way. Attentive, fun, energetic. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and gave great recommendations. The chefs knocked it out of the park. Food was PERFECT! Literally Thank you Joli team for making my Birthday dinner perfect

Jolie is such a charming spot with a cozy, candle-lit vibe that feels perfect for a date night or relaxed dinner. We started with an escargot served in a light, flavorful broth, and the toasted bread on the side was perfect for soaking everything up. The salmon was beautifully cooked—crispy skin, tender inside—served over a creamy, comforting base that tied the dish together really well. The steak frites were rich and satisfying, with tender meat and well-seasoned fries. Great execution, thoughtful plating, and a place I’d happily return to.

We hadn't been back to Joie since 2021 and really enjoyed our experience again. Molly took care of us and really was fun. The vibe, the food, and the cocktails were all great. The Steak Frites and Onion Soup are standouts, but the whole meal was great. Perfect date night...Tuesday night...or any occasion spot.

Jolie in Raleigh (next to Crawford & Son) was hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had, not just in Raleigh, but anywhere. From the moment we sat down, our server Olivia was absolutely phenomenal. She paced our entire meal perfectly. We enjoyed multiple courses over a long, relaxed dinner, and at no point did we feel rushed or overwhelmed. Nothing got cold, nothing piled up on the table, and she timed everything so thoughtfully that we were able to truly enjoy each dish. Even cleaning our table periodically throughout the dinner as it got messy. She even walked us through the wine, explaining the region and flavor profile, and it was exactly as she described.
