They made me pay $60 for a physical health assessment with insurance. I needed two done and surprise surprise, they don’t offer military discounts for us military people. That’s a real slap in the face. I’ll never be coming back after today’s appointment. I don’t recommend any military people to come here either. They seem to really love getting people to pay for their services, they DO NOT TAKE TRICARE FOR MILITARY PEOPLE. Worst healthcare provider EVER. Yes imma make two reviews just so anyone coming to this place knows how terrible you guys are. A lady had to find a new place to go to because they wouldn’t take her insurance either, all for birth control. Absolutely ridiculous.

I’ve gone to the health clinic multiple times ever since I moved out on my own and every time they are the ones that have taken care of me and my concerns. When I had my IUD implant cause serious pain and ended up in the ER, the ER wouldn’t remove it, my OBGYN wouldn’t remove it, and no other places were willing to get me in except this place! They called me back after I left a message about what was going on within a couple hours let me know if I came in immediately that they would help me out. And they did. They do have a system for things and they are very busy, but the staff has always been so helpful, the lady that drew my blood last time literally did it the best I ever have experienced in my life, she was so quick, and I am pretty sure she inserted that needle with one hand in one s

They had a vaccination clinic for school kids running today in the afternoon. When I walked in, there were already quite a few people in line before the clinic event started. But they were very quick and handled everyone very well and everything ran smooth. My grandson had his vaccinations done in less than 15 minutes. Very kind and friendly staff. Did a great job and kept my grandson distracted enough that he hardly noticed the shots! Great work!

I wanted to send a review for Amanda, Renee and Kathy (at the Mission office). You three did a wonderful job taking care of us! My son is immunocompromised and these three women went above and beyond to make sure my son was able to socially distance during his appointment. All three communicated clearly before we came by, wore masks, and made sure we were able to socially distance every step of the way. Thank you so much for being so kind and considerate to us as we navigate our new reality while undergoing chemo. You three were a much needed respite and I am forever thankful!
