John's Philly Grille(we close early if we run out of fresh baked rolls)

Exceptionally good cheesesteak, best I’ve had outside of Philly. The fries were much better than they looked, typically I don’t care for this style of fries but these were thoroughly cooked and were tasty.

I was lucky to find this spot in Orange County. While many restaurants offer low quality compared to their prices, this place is different. They serve fresh meat and delicious sides, all at a reasonable price. The service is quick, and there are plenty of options to customize your order, like adding onions, hot peppers, and more. It’s not a luxury spot for family or work events, but if you’re looking for real, flavorful food, this is the place to try. I’ll definitely be back!

Best hands down the best Philly Steak I have ever had. The fries were amazin, the ingredients were fresh as it can get. The hot peppers were out of this world. Thank you for having this place for me to enjoy.

Really good cheesesteak sandwiches. We had the original and the mushroom. Both were excellent. Their half sizes are huge. They are generous with everything. Super friendly with great service. Good for a quick stop, greasy lunch or dinner. Outside seating only. Covered and comfortable. If you get the peppers, know that it makes the sandwich pretty spicy.
