I’ll tell you what I’m sure the food is amazing. Too bad I’ll never find out. Here’s why. The mall barely has any seating, so I sat down for literally two minutes so my kid could finish her snack. Out of nowhere, Mr. Customer Service of the Year rushed over like he was protecting Fort Knox, telling us the seating was “for paying customers only” and that we needed to leave. I absolutely could have bought something just to prove a point but I refused to reward rude behavior. He clearly didn’t need my money anyway. Funny enough, I was actually about to check out their menu and order after my kid finished… but his attitude killed that real quick. Their loss, not mine. Like many of the other reviews, this has nothing to do with the food and everything to do with customer service. I’ve eaten here before, but I won’t be back. We were at the mall during the busy holiday season and my 3-year-old just needed a place to sit for a minute. There were about 10 tables and only 3 were occupied. A male employee came out yelling that the seats were for customers only. We hadn’t even had a chance to respond before he escalated it. I noticed other people had briefly sat there too and quickly got up, likely for the same reason. As we stood there, the employee and a few others in the back just stared at us in a way that felt unnecessary and intimidating. The food was fine when I had it. The way we were treated was not. I won’t be spending another dollar there.

My son went in for a soda and I decided to get a sub. It was so delicous!! Everything was very fresh! The service was great as well very fast!! I paid 17 dollars for sub and coke. The subs are really big tho!! I recommend d going here!!

The only complaint I have is that it is a little pricey, BUT the sandwiches my wife and I ordered were huge! Not to mention tasty! So it does justify the price. We also got our food pretty quick, too!

Went there to pick up a too good bag, they’re bagels, etc leftover from the day and you can buy them for cheap. Pickup window was 5-7pm and I got there 6:45 and lights out, gate down and no one inside. Hours everywhere online say 9pm even though the mall closes at 8 so not sure what happened. Not cool, had to get a refund.
