Johnny Rockets

I usually love Johnny Rockets. Burger was good but had way overcooked fries and they refused to remake them, wanting to charge me an extra 5.35 for new order. Already overpriced in the casino and shitty customer service to boot? Wish I could give negative stars

My first time eating Johnny Rockets! I originally went over there for Nathan's hot dog. But, they where no longer there. So, since I have never had Johnny Rockets I'll give them a try! Walked up to the counter and the young lady Jevel just looked at me. 😂😅🤣 I said to her this is my 1st time in. I want this burger with chili cheese fries. And I was pointing at the picture. Do you have this has a combo? She said no! Ok, well that's what I want and no drink. She said Do you want to make it a combo? 😂😅🤣 No just the burger has seen on the picture with chili cheese fries. She swiped my card and I tipped. I got home and realized there were no onion rings on my burger!😂😅🤣 Just plain onion. The food was good. But, next I will check my food before leaving.

The food was excellent. the young man.Matthew behind the counter was very professional and polite, Eric and nicole deserve some credit as well as they work well as a team. which is a rarity today. very delightful food came out with a nice presentation. God Bless you too.

Classic burger and fries. Located at the foodcourt of Aliante Hotel.

Food was as expected, wait was very very long. Had 40 minutes and we almost missed bingo, so we had to bring the food in with us. The guy at register was nice but kept having to go to the line to help. Please get more staff!
