Johnny Longhots - Wildwood, NJ

Went for NYE cause a lifeguard from Philly recommended the cheesesteaks. Tried loaded fries, the mama luke, the Johnny longhot and the cheesesteak wit. (Also cannolis) Great sandwiches and fries. Huge! And worth the money!! Lots of meat on the cheesesteak. Forgot to take pics of the sandwiches cause I was ready to eat!! Very fun decor as well! Staff was friendly and helpful.

Overly priced $54 for 2 cheese steaks a small basket of fries which from the price we paid. We should’ve gotten a good amount of fries or they should’ve came with fries. and 2 drinks. Service wasn’t the greatest. They had 2 prices on menu one was for plain steak and other was for ch steak. An they still charged extra for the cheese you chose on top of that. Cheese steaks bread greasy fell apart.Steak barely had any cheese on it dry . Staff wasn’t to friendly. Idk if it was bad night but Disappointed..

What a great place! Lisa could tell it was our first time and she made excellent suggestions. She made it feel like we were eating at her house. The fiod was hot, came out in timely fashion and if was fantastic! We got three different cheesesteaks and they were all delish. A must when you're in Wildwood!

Wow...why did we wait so long to try them out?? This is an amazing foodie shop with the greatest concoctions of cheese steaks and sandwiches I've ever seen. Plus, the Philly/Italian-American centric decor is awesome. We tried the Frankie Avalon (special) and the Fat Johnny with a long hot added. Both amazing, huge, flavorful and did not disappoint! The Frankie Avalon was like a roasted pepper fresh mozzarella sandwich on steroids - with burrata, mortadella and prosciutto, pesto sauce, and a long hot. The mortadella added an extra smooth flavor that complimented the little bit of heat from the long hot and was also calmed by the creaminess of the burrata. Get in here and try it before they remove it from the specials menu!

We tried Johnny Longhots for the first time this weekend and what a great find! The cheese steaks, chicken parm and everything else was perfect. This is a hidden secret in Wildwood, NJ. We will be back again and again. Oh, try the Federal pretzels, too.
