Smash Burger special - huge disappointment! I don’t think I’ve ever seen burger patties so paper thin, it was like eating cardboard, plus zero taste! Seriously it was literally the worst burger I have ever attempted to eat and I say ‘attempted’ because I tasted one small piece and gave up it was so bad. At least the tater tots were edible. McDonald’s serves better quality than this. Service was passable, but it wasn’t busy. When I gave feedback, the bar tender advised ‘this is how we do smash burgers’ - obviously they take no pride in the quality of food they serve or have any idea as to how to make a burger. Perhaps other dishes are better - but if you can’t get an American staple correct, what’s the point. Can’t recommend - defensive server, limited menu, poor food quality.

You're weeding out your regulars by being greedy. We like to enjoy a couple of cocktails and dinner at the bar. We love our bartenders. We always come back until now. Measured pours and an increase in price. $33 for our 2 drinks. We've been squeezed out. It's sad BUT THE GOOD NEWS is we have other places still that will accommodate our need to have a little fun on the weekends and not exhaust our budget.

I used to be around this Johnny blacks a couple years ago and everything was great, especially the food and service. I recently got takeout out from here after a couple not so great experiences (was still holding out hope). The fries were undercooked, wings were wrong sauce, did not include requested sauces, forgot marinara with raviolis, raviolis over cooked, burger over cooked. I genuinely don’t think I’ve had a worse meal in my life and that’s saying something. Oh, and it was my wife’s birthday meal. We used to love this place — disappointed.

Nice food great ambiance with lively crowd I tried salmon 🍣 grilled - it was good 😊

I ordered food through doordash at 5:35. Im still sitting here waiting for my food to be brought out and it's currently 6:19!!! The hostess informed me that half of our meal is done - the salmon and burger. The appetizers like cheesebread were forgotten about and they just realized and are making them 'on the fly' now. Horrible! I'd never expect to order the food in restaurant and have to wait almost an hr for it be brought to the table. So now I'm sure our Salmon will be cold and the burger too. First time trying this location and our last visit to any Johnny Black's. Do better.
