John the Baker

Welcome to the neighborhood, John the Baker! My husband and I stopped in for lunch and sampled the regular pizza which was delicious. The sauce was excellent and the crust perfectly done. We took home chicken parm and some sliders as well. The chicken parm was tender fresh light and delicious. The sliders are a must to order as they cone on John’s famous garlic rolls which in itself is yummy. We only sampled the chicken parm sliders but they also have meatball and sausage, as well, which I am sure is just as delicious. Along with all this great food are a wonderful and friendly staff. Stacy ( chef’s wife and FOH) and Debbie ( waitstaff) couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. They also have TV’s and serve wine and beer. Looking forward to going back with the family!

Born and raised South Floridian, I've been visiting the other John the Baker locations for YEARS! I'm so happy they have a location closer to me now! hands-down the best pizza and garlic rolls I’ve had in Deerfield Beach. Pro tip: skip the delivery apps and order in person or over the phone to avoid any kind of convenience fees... this food is worth the extra effort!

Found "John the Baker" after a cruise around the Cove Shopping center and found it to be one of the best finds ever! Hubby and I shared a Tuesday night special pizza and ended up eating that one, and taking another home for the next day because it was sooooo good! Like the other reviews, we have to give a great shout out to the owners and the staff. From the friendly "Welcome", to the highly suggested favorites, to the "Have a great night", we were encompassed by the warmth and friendliness of the entire establishment. Next time we are in the area we will for sure be stopping by to the try the baked dishes.

I came from Palm Beach to The Cove (shopping center location) and randomly walked in to the smell of garlic and basil. Stacy (friendliest, best Host ever) told me about their 9” Personal pie. I Grabbed one of those and asked them about their dough that Reuben was making (go for the dough, trust me, I’ll Pay you if you can find me better pizza dough) And I’m not just saying this to hype this place like I’m Dave Portnoy it’s the best Pie I’ve had in awhile. Stacy and BOB I will be back from Boynton Beach Post this on your wall to all those folks that wanna walk in and NOT TRY THE PIE :)

Picked up takeout for my family . The staff was very friendly Had a large cheese pizza which was really good ,veal parmesan dinner which was excellent so tender I only used a fork to cut it excellent sauce ,also tried the meatballs and I have to say they were one of the best if not the best I've ever had. Garlic rolls were very good and the pasta fagioli soup was excellent. Dessert was taramasu which was delicious. I'm very picky when it comes to Italian restaurant food.This is a must try restaurant you will not be disappointed
