My fav lodge at Snowbasin. Wow I was blown away by the banana cream waffle cooked to perfection it tasted so light and fluffy w the perfect crunch. Certainly will be back to try all the options my teen son said “good just hits different up here” but in a good way. He got his standard chicken tenders and fries but I swear they were the best we’ve ever tasted.

Solid food the chicken and waffles are awesome. The Reuben is mostly bread but tastes pretty good. As far as ski lodges go the food quality is top tier!

Setup like a cafeteria- service was quick at each staging area for the various options and checkout was smooth. If you like a hint of German flavor, they have some menu items for you! I opted for the chicken and waffles and it was amazing! Well prepared, BIG portion and a perfect boost to recharge before getting back on the slopes! The waffle itself was by far one of the best I’ve had anywhere. The views were also amazing to watch people hiking up after the tram and catching some chute runs. Great recharge and refuel next to a huge fireplace!

An amazing lodge high up in the mountains. The view is outstanding and the Austrian Reuben sandwich was wonderful.

Stay away from the schnitzel. It’s just a dry sammich with dry frozen piece of chicken on an Italian focaccia dry bun not good at all w cold dry fries.
