Joey's Diner

I’ve been waiting to try Joey’s since we moved here in August, and it definitely lives up to all the hype I’ve been hearing! I ordered the fish and chips special and it was the best fish and chips I’ve ever had! Great seasoning and incredible crispiness. The homemade tartar sauce was impeccable. My husband tried the famous chicken fried steak and was very impressed! The steak was significantly thicker than average but well tenderized and not a bite of gristle. The white gravy tasted fresh and delicious. Great flavors and portions were generous too! Joey was our server and he was cheerful and attentive. Awesome experience and can’t wait to be back! This was my first time at Joey's Diner and I'll definitely be back. I ordered the Fun Guy burger with onion rings and it was a really really good burger Very juicy, plenty of cheese and a very generous portion of meat. The onion rings were nice and crispy and also another very generous portion and had great flavor. Joey was working on his own and somehow managed to get it all done! A super nice guy as well. I'll be back!

Absolutely wonderful! The portion sizes are generous, the staff and locals are friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'd recommend this in a heartbeat to anyone!

Easily the best food in Deer Lodge. We have tried several items off the menu so far and they’ve all been great. My kids think the eating dinner from Joey’s is a treat and not just dinner. Try the Pork Chop sandwich and Chicken fried steak. They’re the best I’ve ever had.
