I had ordered a eggplant parm sub. I was hungry and ate half of it even though it was really not up to par. It was tough and rubbery. When the server asked how everything was I was polite and honest about it. With no hesitation she asked me if I wanted a different sandwich in place of it. I indicated that would be very much appreciated. So I said that I would try the steak sub instead expecting a half of a sub. Instead I got the full sub. Very happy with the way they handled a polite customer complaint. I will definitely go back because of their service attitude.

Nice little spot. I tried the pizza and it was good. Not necessarily the best I've ever had but it's decent. Service was so so. Lady was kinda rude. I'd give this place another shot for sure. Solid menu options.

Great pizza, amazing crust and the have robots delivering food to your table. Super cool place. They also have daily deals and specials!

Been here a few times now and it's consistently a huge let down. Not only is the pizza tasteless every time, but they've got robot waiters now? That's dehumanizing for the customers and the staff. I bet the owner complains about nobody wanting to work anymore and doesn't pay their staff a fair wage. Also every time I order online, I show up when their website says the pizza should be done, and they're just putting the pizza in the oven when I get there. Waste my money and my time? No thanks. Owner should host a masterclass on how to give the worst service possible. Simply stop going here.
