Joe's Pizza and Sub

Ordered food on Grubhub and was called by the restaurant because they had their price incorrectly in the Grubhub system. Instead of trying to make it right they told ME to call Grubhub and fix it because they didn't have something at that price (no alternatives were given to me other than to get only part of my order and deal with refunds from Grubhub myself). When I told them that wasn't my problem to fix as the price was controlled by them, they simply called Grubhub themselves and cancelled my order. They didn't even bother to call me back to let me know they cancelled. Horrible customer service. I do not recommend them. Its too bad, I have had the food before and thought it was good, but this has soured me on the establishment. I will not be back and do not recommend it to others.

Joe’s Pizza and Subs in Gainesville, VA, is truly a hidden gem! Our group tried a variety of menu items, and each one was fantastic. The Stromboli was perfectly baked and packed with flavor, the steak and cheese sub was tender and cheesy, and the supreme pizza was loaded with fresh toppings. The service was friendly and efficient, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality and portions we received. If you’re looking for delicious, no-fuss Italian fare, Joe’s is the place to go! Highly recommended.

One if the best tasting pizzas I've ever had! I ordered pepponi, sausage and extra cheese along with extra sauce!! It was great!

Best Pizza in the entire DMV. Blows "local" chains like Paisanos and Bolis clear out of the water and is also better than Tony's NY. The most northern tasting pizza in the DMV. Would put it up there with anywhere in jersey and even some spots in NYC. Amazing

🛑 Food is garbage, customer service is trash, do NOT order food from here you’ll be DISAPPOINTED. 🛑 The picture below is what they consider a margarita pie. (It looks like a cheese pie, but this is what they sell as a margarita) 🛑 I tried the cheese pie and the dough was undercooked, the cheese taste processed, there is grease on the bottom of the pie. 🛑 ZERO STARS 🛑 🛑 🛑 🛑 🛑
