Joe's Dairy Bar & Grill

We ordered the Grinch ice cream cake for our Christmas dessert, and it was a total hit! The design was absolutely perfect! It was so festive, Grinchy, and it was almost too cute to eat. The 10-inch size was great for our group, and the chocolate/vanilla combo with the fudge crunchies was a crowd-pleaser. It looked just like the pictures and tasted even better. It stayed perfectly frozen and was such a fun, easy, and delicious way to celebrate. We will definitely be ordering again next year! Thank you

I remember as a kid waiting for hours in the long line for their soft serve vanilla ice cream with rainbow sprinkles... I made sure to go back to Joe's this last time I returned to my hometown of Fishkilll for a vacation in April 2025. I took my aunt there for the first time and she herself was amazed by how good the ice cream is. It has the best ice cream you have ever tasted. I wish they could ship to California, cause would be sending it my way every week.

The place was very family friendly, ice cream was delicious 😋 love my ice cream. The clam strip bucket needed more flavor, and the portion for the price was a loss.

Stopped by here for a quick bite after leaving the nearby apple orchards. Wasn't super hungry so just ended up grabbing some french fries and ice cream, both of which were good. The menu is quite big for a place this size. Lots of ice cream flavors to choose from. It is located right off the main road. There is a decent amount of parking space available as well as outdoor seating. (picnic benches) There are a few kiddie rides there as well. One thing that stood out that I love seeing is business having friendly, helpful and respectful young people working there. All staff we encountered were very nice. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area. With the massive menu, there really is something for everyone. Happy environment!
