Our crew of 6 was pretty disappointed in each meal we received. Appetizers - southwest eggrolls were good, shrimp was good except the batter separated from the shrimp. We killed it though. Downfall - main course!! Ugh Salmon - bad, pasta - overcooked with literally zero seasoning, wings - undercooked sent them back to cook longer, Brocolli - too much with an attempt to fill uo the salmon plate and zero seasoning. Waffle fries - harder than old hush puppies, drinks - nice, burger for a child - dang near burned, he ate the sides of the burger. Service - pretty fast and polite 8/10 Had to ask for a couple things twice. Atmosphere- 9/10 Very nice, ample TVs, nice bar. I love that they have high top, booth, and table settings. Shockingly had a lot of seating even on a Sunday game day! C

They were super helpful in planning a party for my daughters birthday. They let me pre-order pizzas and had them out for the kids within the minutes of us arriving. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. I really appreciated all of their hard work in making the party a success. The food was great as well!

We hosted an event at Joe Kools. The venue was clean and comfortable. The owner, Sam was extremely helpful and friendly. The food was excellent, nothing but good reviews from our guests. Our Waitresses, Sara and Samantha, I can’t say enough about. They were personable and outgoing. They were on point, making sure everyone got what they wanted. I highly recommend.

Yesterday I was there and ordered some shrimp with broccoli, and I was disappointed. They took a long time to bring the order and well, the food was terrible. There were 6 shrimp and the sauce was horrible, pure oil, and the broccoli was super hard and tasteless. They never removed the plates from the table. I would not go back nor do I recommend it.

We used to love the original Joe kools before someone else bought it and changed the whole atmosphere. They used to have a great chef and good food at reasonable prices and silly fun signs around the restaurant. Several years ago we went to this newer version that has no atmosphere unless you like sitting around a bunch of TVs. I can't remember what we even ordered because it was not memorable and it was way overpriced. We thought we'd try it again tonight since we went to church and it was late and we were hungry, and no one greeted us or tried to seat us until finally a waitress did help us with cleaning up a table but never came back to wipe it off or actually sit us down.
