JJS Donuts

I've had the pleasure of visiting this donut shop for over 30 years, and it's been a consistently wonderful experience. The welcoming service makes every visit feel special. I'm thrilled to see they now offer a variety of sandwiches, from breakfast to dinner, making it the perfect one-stop destination. No need to go elsewhere when you can get a freshly made, homemade sandwich at JJ's. The addition of a chip wall is a thoughtful touch for kids on-the-go. The donut selection is everything you'd hope for, with each bite transporting me back to fond teenage memories. Plus, their diverse range of boba and tea drinks gives me all the more reason to return and explore further.

Dropped on in for their cream cheese croissant (heated) and a few other goodies. They are back in the swing of things. Donut shelves are stocked with a wide variety donuts. They have a good selection from their sandwich menu. They are now offering tamales. Along with protein shakes, fresh juices and a selection of ice cream. There is a chips rack with an assortment. A few candies, ramen soup, aspirin and a few other incidentals. No seating inside and no seating outside. The parking lot is rather small for the amount of businesses in this strip mall. Depending on the time you are checking them out. Parking can be tough.

Very friendly people, and the pastrami sandwich is 🔥 I live an hour away but anytime I visit my family I always stop here before I leave or when I arrive in town.

2nd time in because it's close to much of our medical appointments. Good quality donuts. Great Vietnamese style sandwiches. Great drink selection. Also nice and clean with friendly service.

I discovered JJs by accident when I made an improper u turn into traffic, and it was one of the best mistakes of my life. I dream of their breakfast sandwiches, especially the croissant one. By far some of the best quality and amount of food for your money and the friendly staff make the experience even more enjoyable. You wouldn't assume this from driving past, but JJs is a Michelin star restaurant in the making and I am obligated to make a pitstop any time I drive through along the 10.
