Cute little place. Light bulb cups are adorable. The peach green tea is delish. The crème brûlée milk tea is a bit much for my liking although it was yummy. I would never get it again because chunks of pudding in my milk tea was just too much to wrap my brain around. But if that appeals to you, go for it.

A true gem with food and drinks worthy of your hard earned money! Custom Poke' bowls, custom ice cream and custom Sushi burritos ! And delicious bubble tea options through the roof!

Our go-to boba place in Monmouth Co. All our out of town Asian friends love it. Great rolled icecream and amazing boba. Fast service and kind staff.

Love this place, I don’t usually make reviews but this has been my go-to cafe/shop for years now! Im in uni so I only get delivery when I’m in town now but the dine-in experience is amazing no matter where you’re sitting, the people who work there are kind (the owner is lovely), and the teas are delicious!

Food- 4/5 Service- 5/5 Ambiance- 3/5 Drinks- 4/5 Value- 4/5 JJ Delicacies brings some Asian options to the area that I otherwise was unable to find. You can get poke bowls, sushi rolls, and a plethora of drink options. I got a sushi roll where you get to choose your rice, proteins, mix ins, sauces, etc. they seemed to have lots of choices at each stage so you can really “choose your own adventure.” I also got a brown sugar boba milk tea which was good but relatively standard. The restaurant was relatively quiet and bare, but clean and bright. Would definitely come back with my next craving.
