Our waitress, Erika, gave our table excellent service. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and was able to answer all of our questions with confidence. I would definitely recommend coming during happy hour — it’s a great spot to eat. The food was good, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the environment felt very welcoming.
Good ramen place at wharf The store ambiance was very modern chic and somewhat cozy at the same time. I ordered the brunch combo for spicy chicken ramen with crispy chicken and edamame. Ramen was good. I ordered spicy but not spicy for me in my opinion. Crispy chicken was really big and filling. I put some seasoning sauce which was good. Edamame was very classic appetizer. The waitress was really friendly and very accomodating for us. I think the price is a little bit pricey for me but it is at wharf in dc so no complaint. Highly recommend especially at cold days
My friend and I stopped by Jinya Wharf for lunch today, and everything from the food to the service was great. We started with the shrimp tempura and fried chicken appetizers. The shrimp tempura was very flavorful and perfectly cooked, but the fried chicken was a little on the harder and crispier side for my taste. For drinks, I tried two mocktails — the Matcha Lychee Lemonade and the J.Girl Strawberry Mocktail. I’m usually not impressed by mocktails because they often just taste like sweet soda, but these were on a whole different level. You could tell John really knew what he was doing behind the bar — the flavors were balanced and refreshing. The Matcha Lychee Lemonade was especially good, even for someone who isn’t a big matcha drinker. The J.Girl was tasty too, just not as standout as
Had an excellent experience at JINYA Ramen Bar - Wharf. The ramen was the highlight—rich, flavorful, and easily the best dish we tried. We also enjoyed the Japanese drinks, especially the Kyoto Matcha IPA, which was outstanding. Big thanks to our server Jennifer for her friendly and attentive service. Highly recommend this spot!
Amazing Ramen, Great Drinks. Waiters were extremely helpful and kind, and were fast and responsive. Appetizers taste great and weren't too filling, but are a little pricey. Seaweed salad was extremely disappointing... More leaves than seaweed, you've gotta be kidding me.
