Emily our waitress made our experience the easiest. Not only did she provide amazing customer service, she went above and beyond to ensure we tried the most popular. She sold each dish with her knowledge on the menu, which every waitress/ waiter should always know. Emily is absolutely the best waitress and an amazing asset to Jinya ramen bar. Amazing experience at Jinya Ramen Bar! The food was delicious, but what really stood out was our waitress Emily. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Her service truly elevated our visit. We’ll definitely be back!

I came here on a whim after tennis practice because I was craving some Ramen. Service was fantastic (Ryuto was very nice and checked in with me to make sure I was doing alright), and the food was great! I had the Tan Tan Ramen, which was very nice, creamy, and flavorful. The Matcha Lychee Lemonade goes really well with it as a drink! I definitely recommend coming here if you want to try Ramen in the Heights.

Amazing and delicious Ramen. This place is very cute very relaxing and Service It’s amazing. Madison took really good care of me. She was super sweet and very polite. She also recommended things on the menu and I liked that a lot. I highly recommend to come here and have some delicious Ramen. Make sure you ask for Madison. 😊👍🏼
