JINYA Ramen Bar - Culver City

The tonkatsu black ramen was very rich and flavorful. The pork was juicy and tender. Very good ramen bowl. The fried chicken was also delicious and crispy. Had the jcat which is a strawberry mocktale with blood orange and its refreshing and not to sweet. Also the matcha lychee mocktale it was good. Delicious food and great service. The staff was great and very friendly.

Full disclosure, this was a friend's and family soft opening...so it was free. Located in a trendy complex. Parking is validated (possibly two hours). The restaurant is brand new and very well decorated. The ambience is amazing. It's a bit loud but you can still have a conversation. There are plenty of indoor seating, as well as bar seating. There's an outdoor patio as well with a few tables. The menu has lots of options. Ramen is usually pork based...I don't eat pork... fortunately, they have beef, chicken, vegan, and vegetarian options. They can't accommodate gluten free fyi. All the food was super delicious and well prepared. Portions are just right. Prices are arguably bit high($50/pp for shared appetizer, ramen, drink, and shared dessert), but reasonable for the quality and locati

We came here on the opening day, right around closing. Hugo, who I believe is the manager, accommodated us outdoors since we had a dog with us. The host was super sweet as well. Caleb was our server and he was really sweet too. We ordered: - Tan Tan Ramen - Red Ramen - Vegan Creamy Ramen Food was outstanding as expected! I highly recommend the place for their food and friendly staff. We will definitely come back :)

Stopped here on a rainy day for a quick dinner, made reservations via Yelp. Warm and cozy atmosphere. We ordered the impossible bun, Impossible gyoza, Spicy creamy veg ramen & Tonkotsu Black. All the veggie options were delicious and hit the spot. I was advised Tonkotsu Black pork wasn’t impressive. Otherwise customer service was great & will definitely be back here. Cheers!

The 2 hispanic girls ruined the evening. BAD FOR BUSINESS. We went here at 9pm 12/29/25 and the 2 short women hispanic servers specifically the long haired one was being unwelcoming and not very accommodating. We were waiting outside because there was a sign to “please wait to be seated” and the outdoor sitting looked packed so we thought it was busy. So these 2 girls clearly saw us waiting and didn’t care. So we just went inside just for them to whisper to each other before talking to us and ask us “how can we help you” with a tone you wouldn’t imagine that it was a 4.9 rating restaurant. (Clearly of course we are here to eat) I told her it’s a table for two.
