My husband and I wanted good Chinese food for new years eve and we decided on this restaurant. The food was okay, not as flavorful as I would have expected, and a little too greasy. But the one thing I would definitely not recommend is the sesame chicken, I bit into about 6 or 7 pieces and they each had the tiniest piece of chicken and the rest was very soggy, and very salty breading. My husband ordered the beef in Garlic sauce and I asked if broccoli could be added and they immediately said yes, which was very nice of them, but I added up my bill and before taxes it was around $60, not including the added broccoli, but when my husband picked up the order it was suddenly over $81, not sure if the broccoli added to the dish made it that much more. my best bro and I have been here multiple times and we are both picky about Chinese food and feel this gem of a place is some of the best in town. Limited hours as they prep with only fresh ingredients. Excellent wontons, soup, fried rice flavorful and fluffy. Excellent and friendly service!

The vibe and food of this restaurant is great. Our waitress was incredibly sweet and kind and the staff was excited to tell us about the Chinese New Year. A beautiful and calm atmosphere combined with great food and wait staff makes this a good choice if you're visiting in town like I was.

I was looking for somewhere to eat with my best friend to get a break from work. We found Jings after walking around third ward, and I’m so happy we did. We ordered spring rolls, wonton soup, rice, and some garlic beef… we are both so surprised that there aren’t more people coming in because the food is amazing! Service was quick and food also came out very very fast. The atmosphere in here is so nice and relaxing and we can’t wait to come by again! Thanks to the staff who are very kind and helpful! Made it feel like home. Will definitely come by again and recommend to others!! :)

Jings is a fantastic place to dine. The food comes out quickly and you can tell it’s prepared with fresh ingredients. The chef was formerly trained in Shanghai, you can taste it in the authenticity of the food. Highly recommended!
